The cross was a special thought!” This was from friends who, while generally very appreciative, do not make a particularly big deal of traditional gestures. I was rather blown away, to be honest. I received a email on the Monday saying it was delayed until Tuesday. I called with my reference number and they said they are sorry and will try to get it delivered Monday. For the price, in a large city with easy access to a fresh flowers I was expecting a better arrangement. First. The flowers were mostly white as expected, however had little variety. second. As requested they were delivered to the funeral home by 2pm Saturday for a 2pm funeral on Sunday, however by then they were brown tipped and wilty. Third. The arrangement wasn’t shaped as the picture. Just rounded off as any normal very small bouquet and was extremely small. Four. They were also a shoved into a very small container. I ORDERED THE FLOWERS FOR THE VISITATION AT THE FUNERAL HOME AND THEY TRIED TO CHANGE IT TO THE FUNERAL AT THE CHURCH, THE NEXT DAY. I REPLIED NO, BUT GOT NO CONFIRMATION. THE FLOWERS DID NOT ARRIVE FOR THE VISITATION AND WHEN I CALLED BEFORE THE FUNERAL, THE NEXT DAY, WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED TO THE CHURCH BEFORE THE FUNERAL. THEY DID NOT ARRIVE. THEY DID ARRIVE AT THE FUNERAL HOME THAT DAY, SO WE PICKED THEM UP TO HAVE THEM AT LEAST AT THE HOUSE. THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL BUT WERE NEITHER AT THE VISITATION NOR THE FUNERAL. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!

While reading my friend's obituary, I decided to try the store linked to the obit. The service was happening in two days and I was a thousand miles away. It wasn’t as full of flowers as it shows in the image online, there was a substantial amount of greenery filler used instead of white flowers… we bought the premium bouquet, and it only measured about 13”w x 8” x 7” tall. For the price, I would’ve expected more flowers to reflect the online image, and a larger spread… there are only 4roses in the premium, so I feel it’s overpriced for the size and lack of flowers.

When my son died on July 1st in the funeral was July 7th. We received five of these bouquets. I have no idea what those people paid for it. It. But the one that I saw at this particular funeral for Tommy Dembeck was the smallest I had ever seen. I can't tell you if the others people paid more money for theirs, but my had more flowers. I am pleased that you had the same cross. I have nine children and I would have liked to have purchase that cross for the rest of my children. The flowers were pretty but I thought there would be more than that were presented. Thank you very much!
